1. Who we are

The website snugfern.com (the "Store") is operated by Masas Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States ("we", "us", "our"). The Store is hosted on Shopify. By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Please read each product's usage notes (for example, which surfaces a product is suitable for) before use. If a product isn't as described, our Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order. Applicable sales tax and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll email you.

6. Shipping, refunds, and replacements

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to break its security, scraping it with automated tools, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The text, images, and other content on the Store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Their own terms apply to their services, and we aren't responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, products and the Store are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved this way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
