Snug Fern (snugfern.com) is operated by Masas Technologies, LLC. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders to US addresses.

Delivery time

• Processing: orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
• Transit: 3–8 business days from a US warehouse.
• Total: orders typically arrive within 4–10 business days of being placed.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; weather and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. You'll get tracking for each one.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can fix it if the order hasn't shipped. We can't ship to P.O. boxes in some cases, and we'll contact you if that applies.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, its tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or it arrived damaged, email us. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
